很低卡的一份蓋飯,簡簡單單的豆腐和口蘑就能做。口蘑很鮮,切四瓣用黃油炒香,放半盒嫩豆腐,醬油和味淋1:1調一個醬汁,小火煮10分鐘就好

💚青椒炒杏鮑菇

杏鮑菇用手撕成細絲,更容易入味也好熟,跟青椒絲炒得軟軟的,特別好下飯!調味也是最簡單的,只放了鹽也很美味
